Zen Room - Ferrara

The room was spotless and just what I needed. Plus, having coffee and tea available was a nice touch ☕. Easy parking nearby was super convenient too!

The suite was modern, it had central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV. The location was unbeatable, near a castle and a cathedral...

absolutely great hotel, everything was really perfect. the staff were helpful and know their duties. our room was perfectly clean and provided with tea and tea at discretion, for example as expected. a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a plus. also, location was great, just 5 minutes walk from acquedotto di ferrara monument.

Convenient location with the railway station nearby and a supermarket right next door 🚆. the hotel staff is friendly and professional.

Great location, just across a famous castle. Public parking available nearby at a discounted rate of 3 EUR per day. Late check-in was accommodated by friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast offered at a nearby cafe. Convenient air conditioning in the room.

The hotel is located just in front of the historic castle, near many cafes and restaurants, and only 100 meters away from the bus stop to the airport. This location made my business trip much more comfortable, as I could easily explore the city during breaks. the room was small but very comfortable, had a terrace, fridge, and coffee-maker that added comfort to my stay.

The check-in is late , and the reception is not always available so depositing luggage can be troublesome. However, this is minor in comparison to the advantages provided, which include the convenience of buying necessities from the supermarket next door and the inclusive breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which sufficed to kickstart my day.

The breakfast was really good, with a great assortment of delicious food. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Sara were very good to make my stay enjoyable. The discount on two restaurants was also a nice bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The twin rooms can be a bit cramped, but they are still functional.
